GMAT - REGISTRATION PROCESS

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is held in over 100 countries.

The fee to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is US$250 worldwide. You may incur taxes when you schedule an exam in certain countries.

Preferred Forms of Payment

By credit card
- Credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB®)
- Debit card (Visa® or MasterCard® only)
By cashier’s check (mailed forms only)
By money order (mailed forms only)
Personal check (mailed forms only)

Payments by check must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on banks located in the United States.

All payments must be made in full, include the correct numeric and written fee amount, have the appropriate signature(s), and be made payable to Pearson VUE-GMAT.

You can register in four ways :

Online

You can now check online for available slots and register online using a credit card. To schedule a test appointment online, you can complete the required details online on the official GMAT registration website.

Please note that test fee payments for online test appointments can only be made by credit card or debit card. So, you need to have a Visa, MasterCard, JCB or American Express credit card or a Visa or Master debit card to register online for the GMAT.

Phone

You may call up VUE Customer Centers to register by phone. Make sure to call at least three business days before the test date. To schedule your test appointment by phone, please call the following number:

Phone: 0120 - 4324628 (95120 from New Delhi)
Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time

Please note that test fee payments for phone appointments can only be made by credit card or debit card. So, you need to have a Visa, MasterCard, JCB or American Express credit card or a Visa or Master debit card to register for the GMAT by phone.

Fax

Download and print a GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and fax it to the designated VUE Customer Center. If registering by fax, you must ideally send your fax at least Seven Days prior to your first choice of a test day. To complete the form you will also need the Test Center List for Site ID numbers and the Country Code List.

Please note that if you wish to register for the GMAT by fax, you need to have a Visa, MasterCard, JCB or American Express credit card or a Visa or Master debit card.

Mail/Courier

Download and print a GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and send it to Pearson VUE office in USA. To schedule your appointment by mail, download and complete the downloadable GMAT Application Scheduling Form.

To complete it, you will also need the Test Center List for Site ID numbers and the Country Code List.

If you wish to mail your form, please send your completed form along with the appropriate payment to:

Note: You must send the documents at least THREE WEEKS before your choice of a test day.

On receipt of your documents, an appointment will be scheduled for you to test at the test Center. Confirmation of the date, time and location of the appointment will be sent to you.

If you do not receive confirmation at least three business days before your first choice of test day, please call the VUE customer service center to verify your GMAT appointment.

All test takers in India must use valid passports as their ID (Identification documents). Without a Valid Passport you will not be admitted at the Test Center on your test date. However, a passport is not required to register for the GMAT.
